How Does This Work?

All Virtual Classes Held on Zoom

​

​

• Sign up for classes through our schedule page or Glofox App.

​

• Fill out our WAIVER FOR ONLINE CLASSES. This action only needs to be completed once!

​

• Look for an email from our scheduler. You will find the Zoom link for class there. Zoom link is always the same. Check your promotions box should you not see it!

​

• Five minutes before the start of your class time, click link to virtual classroom and start moving!

​

• Props needed: Yoga mat, light hand weights (or soup cans), theraband or belt, magic circle or pillow

​

Cancellation Policy

Please cancel 24 hours before class starts as a curtesy to your instructor!
