24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your private, semi-private appointment or group class spot with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged the full rate for that appointment or class. Thank you for understanding our small business policy.

CLASS WAITLIST

There are 3 spaces available on our waitlist. We will notify you by email or phone call should a spot become available. There may be a chance we will notify you wthin the 24 hour time frame.

EQUIPMENT CLASSES

We require all new class students to take one intake session (a discounted private) before we clear you to take an equipment class. Your instructor will advise you on your next steps.

SCENT FREE STUDIO

We are a scent free studio due to allergies. Please refrain from wearing any perfume, cologne, or scented lotions. We will really appreciate it!

PAYMENT

We accept cash, all credit cards, and personal checks
