A relaxing and healing combination of soft tissue massage, joint mobilization, and muscle energy technique (MET). This manual therapy will help loosen tight muscles, strengthen weak muscles, and restore joint function. Our practitioners are certified in the Hendrickson Method. Sessions include postural analysis, and muscle testing. Most of the work is done while you are side-lying and fully clothed. Perfect for acute or chronic conditions.
